Emilio Stainless, located in Manila, Philippines, has earned a solid reputation as a reliable manufacturer and supplier of top-notch Stainless Steel 446 Nuts. The company prides itself on precision engineering, consistent product quality, and adherence to international standards. These Stainless Steel 446 Nuts are crafted to resist oxidation, corrosion, and scaling even at high temperatures, making them perfect for tough industrial settings. With a strong emphasis on innovation and customer satisfaction, Emilio Stainless provides products that guarantee durability, reliability, and outstanding performance. Their expertise in stainless steel fasteners has made them a go-to supplier across various industrial sectors both in the Philippines and internationally.
Stainless Steel 446 Nuts are mainly made of iron, containing 23–27% chromium along with trace amounts of manganese, silicon, carbon, sulfur, and very little nickel. This ferritic alloy is known for its remarkable resistance to oxidation and sulfur-bearing gases, even at temperatures exceeding 1100°C. These nuts boast a tensile strength of about 485 MPa, a yield strength of 275 MPa, and exhibit good hardness and ductility. They retain their strength and corrosion resistance under extreme thermal conditions, making them perfect for applications where high-temperature oxidation and scaling resistance are crucial.
