These filler materials boast high tensile strength—approximately 90,000 to 100,000 psi—and are compatible with both MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding processes. Since ER410 creates air-hardening weld deposits, we recommend preheating and post-weld heat treatment to reduce the risk of cracking and to achieve the best mechanical properties.
