Emilio Stainless is a reputable manufacturer and supplier located in Manila, Philippines, with a focus on high-quality Stainless Steel 317/317L Forged Fittings. Known for their precision engineering and exceptional durability, these fittings are crafted to meet the rigorous demands of various industrial applications. Emilio Stainless provides a comprehensive range of forged fittings that guarantee outstanding corrosion resistance, strength, and performance, even in the toughest environments. With a commitment to quality assurance and customer satisfaction, the company offers reliable and cost-effective solutions for industries like chemical processing, oil and gas, power generation, and marine engineering.
The Stainless Steel 317/317L Forged Fittings are primarily made up of chromium (18–20%), nickel (11–15%), and molybdenum (3–4%), which gives them enhanced resistance to corrosion and pitting. The 317L variant features lower carbon content, minimizing the risk of carbide precipitation during welding. These fittings boast a high tensile strength of about 515 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and impressive elongation and toughness. They maintain their stability and mechanical integrity at elevated temperatures, making them ideal for aggressive chemical and high-pressure environments.
