Stainless Steel 316Ti Sheets and Plates are titanium-stabilized austenitic alloys made up of chromium (16–18%), nickel (10–14%), molybdenum (2–3%), and a maximum of 0.5% titanium. The inclusion of titanium enhances resistance to sensitization and intergranular corrosion. These alloys deliver impressive tensile strength of about 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of 40%. They maintain remarkable toughness, even at cryogenic temperatures, and show exceptional resistance to chloride environments, high temperatures, and oxidation, making them perfect for tough industrial conditions.
